No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We enjoyed the quietness of the area,a short walk to a great beach,a block from 5th avenue(all types of stores,some a little pricy but many to choose from) the condo was very spacious and clean. Any promlem the maintanance man (jose) was here immediately to fix it. We would go back again and it was clearly within our budget.

Very disappointing. Normally when I stay in Playa delCarmen, I just get a hotel when I get there. This time I did it in advanceand was disappointed. No AC working In the living room. Very poor furnishings and bed. Noisy. Mold and smells. Poor parking. Needs paint. Etc.

Spent Xmas in a great location! Two blocks from the beach and one block from the famous 5th avenue. The apartment was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning that kept the place cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace that offered breathtaking views.

The cleaning service was a disappointment. We stayed for a week and no one came to clean the apartment, which was a bit frustrating.

The owner was nice, let us out of our reservation early, was a very personable person. The location of the hotel was good.

We had bed bugs and bugs in the unit throughout the stay, no running water for a day and a half. The property manager was not very nice, and was quite moody. We could not find him the day that we had no water, despite being very visible for the rest of the days! He told us we could not change our dirty towels and told us to go buy toilet paper after the first day. We checked out early, only stayed for 6 out of 10 days.

check out was at 3pm.and they send us away at12pm.

Everything is what we need and want.

To start with, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to many restaurants and shops without needing to drive. Additionally, it was great to have a spacious room with updated amenities, including a large TV and comfortable bed. Finally, the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with great recommendations for local activities.

On the other hand, we did encounter some issues during our stay. The air conditioner was quite loud and didn't seem to circulate air properly. Also, the photos on the website didn't accurately represent the condition of the hotel. Lastly, there was no complimentary cleaning service, which was unexpected and a bit inconvenient. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.
